A big thanks to everyone that participated in Pretty.Little.Things last week. We thoroughly enjoyed looking through a sea of red, white and blue and all the photos of your little ones celebrating the Queen's Diamond Jubilee. All of the entries were fantastic but there can only be one winner and the photo that stood out the most for us was taken by Lucy at Capture By Lucy. Her boys looked absolutely brilliant in their jubilee outfits and i would highly recommend you all taking a view of the post on Lucy's blog here. Lucy, you get to proudly display your winners badge if you so desire.

Now back to this week where the theme is 'My First Photo'.
I think most are pretty familiar with our story by now but for those of you that aren't, Riley was born 10 weeks prematurely and was taken straight to NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) following his arrival. This photograph was taken by a midwife and brought to me on the ward a couple of hours later and it was my first proper glimpse of him.
He was oh so tiny but oh so perfect too and i fell in love with him instantly. You can read more about it in my post here.

I can't wait to see some more pictures from you all and if you're new to Pretty.Little.Things and haven't participated before then why not join in and show us your little ones first photo? It's open to anyone and everyone so if you have a photo or post that fits in with the theme then link it up below.
All that leaves me to do is let you know next weeks theme which is:
calming comforter
Does your little one have a cuddly teddy that goes everywhere with them?
Is there a muslin that they just can't be with out?
Maybe they have a special blankie or comforter to snuggle up to at bedtime?
We want you to share with us what comforts and settles your little ones.
Next week, it's Lisa's turn to host Pretty.Little.Things so we'll see you over at Hollybobbs.
Feel free to grab the badge too.........
